Oktober 2026We had the pleasure of spending two wonderful weeks in this beautiful holiday home in Denmark – and to be honest, saying goodbye was much harder than we expected. The house is situated right in the dunes and only a short walk from the beach. The location alone is something very special. There are several terraces and seating areas around the house, so you can always find a lovely spot to sit and relax at any time of the day. It was wonderfully peaceful and quiet, and we were able to truly enjoy the special atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. We already miss this absolute peace and quiet now that we are back home. The holiday home itself is exceptionally well equipped. Nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a stove, oven and everything else you need to prepare wonderful meals during your holiday. Having two bathrooms was also very convenient, especially when staying with several people, as we could easily divide things up between us. The bedrooms were comfortable and lovely, and we also really enjoyed the living room. One of our favourite features was the cosy little alcove built into the wall. It was the perfect place to curl up with a book, listen to music or simply sit and enjoy the view. And what a view! You could look far into the distance and enjoy the sunrise in the morning. It was beautiful to watch the sky and the colours slowly change as the sun came up. The evenings were just as beautiful, with wonderful changing colours and light. We also enjoyed watching the animals and simply taking in the peacefulness of nature. The surrounding area is just as beautiful. From the Baltic Sea side, we enjoyed long walks along the beach, collecting shells and simply taking in the vastness of the sea. At the same time, the North Sea is only a short drive away. In less than 15 kilometres, you can experience a completely different atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the wind at the North Sea – it really blows in a completely different way there! We made many wonderful trips during our stay, including visits to Skagen, Grenen, where the North Sea and Baltic Sea meet, Hirtshals and many other beautiful places. Although there was still so much more we would have liked to see and do, we are taking home so many wonderful memories. And a very special thank you to you, Alex. From the very beginning, communication with you was easy, friendly and warm. We always felt very well looked after and knew that we could contact you whenever we had a question or needed anything. It is clear that you really care about your holiday home and about your guests feeling comfortable. And that beautiful house made it very easy for us to feel at home from the moment we arrived. And what can we say? We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already thinking about coming back to Denmark in two years. Alex, we would love to come back! ❤️ We are already looking forward to returning to your beautiful holiday home, enjoying the absolute peace and quiet, feeling the wind, walking along the beach and simply taking the time to relax and recharge. Thank you for two unforgettable weeks in your wonderful holiday home. We enjoyed every moment and will remember this special time for a very long time.
