The house is 150 sq. meters and sleeps 6, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room that has WI-FI, Bluetooth speaker, TV and DVD player, also a storage room with washer, dryer, board games, baby equipment.

The villa is only 2 km away from the village, and you will love having a morning coffee on the place while enjoying a gourmet cake and/or a stunning crafted croissant from Clotilde Patisserie. Callas is renown for its gastronomic specialities such as the olive oil, vinegar, wine, goat cheese and of course the Michelin-starred Gorges de Pennafort restaurant. The village offers all the amenities you will need, as well as 4 restaurants who will cook the best local specialties for you and one of the best patisseries in the area.
The house has been decorated with taste, and kept in mind your comfort during the whole process.
It has two Bathrooms (one with a bath, the other one with a large Italian shower, both local tiles) and a kitchen complete with all appliances (professional cooker, American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster...).
The living/dining room has a large dining table for 6 guests, a large sofa, an electric fireplace, TV with cable, Hi-Fi (with MP3 plug) and wi-fi. It has a direct access to the terrace and the pool through French doors.
The two bedrooms upstairs each have their own large balcony overlooking the amazing valley. One has a double bed (160x200cm) and the other has twin beds (90x200cm) which can be merged into a 180x200 cm bed.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and is located 2 steps above the ground floor. It has its own library with tons of info about visits, vineyards and restaurants in the area.
We also have a storage room where you will find a second large fridge/freezer, a washing-machine, a dryer, some board games, children games, CDs, DVDs and pool toys as well as basic cleaning items.
For small children, we offer a travel cot, a high chair, a changing table, a portable bath, a transat and a food mixer.
You will enjoy relaxing under the olive trees and get tanned by your private pool. An outdoor dinning area in the shade with a barbecue, a dining table for 6, and light for late dinners will please you and your group. We also have several happy hour/relaxing/reading areas in the garden.
Children will love jumping on the trampoline and playing with the swing.
