Big Holiday House near the beach
Our Kyhlstrand holiday home – a real gem!
Kyhl beach is 17 km from Simrishamn, 6 km from Skillinge, 12 km from Kåseberga, about 30 km from Ystad and about 90 minutes from Copenhagen.
The fully equipped holiday home has an area of 230m². It is situated just 150 metres from the beach on a 1100 m² plot of rural land. You cannot see the beach from the house, but you can enjoy the tranquillity and listen to the sounds of the sea.
The nearest shops and restaurants are in the fishing village of Skillinge. A bank and groceries are available 5 km away. There is a riding school approx. 4 km away. It is about 25 km to Ystad’s 3 golf courses and tennis arena which also offers badminton and handball. Satellite TV and stereo with CD. Light, tasteful décor with panelled walls and light Scandinavian-style furniture. Washing machine and tumble dryer, electric heating, partial under-floor heating.
Those of us responsible for the Kyhlstrand project have been involved in holiday home rentals since 1973. We have built and adapted several houses to create the best holiday homes. The holiday home at Kyhl beach is the pinnacle of our achievements to date.
The plot has an area of over 1100 m².

Two or more families often holiday together when renting holiday homes. If the holiday is to be a success children, young people and adults all need some space and independence. Here you will find lots of space – both indoors and out. The plot is situated in rural surroundings.
Holidays and fun for all
We have invested in good beds – it’s no holiday if you cannot sleep well. The seven bedrooms have beds with mattresses that can be locked together to create a double bed or kept separate as twin beds according to requirements. There is also a wardrobe with mirror in all bedrooms. There are blinds on the windows to keep the rooms dark during the long, light days – the little ones need their sleep.
All floors on the ground floor, except in the bedrooms, are tiled with under-floor heating. This makes them comfortably warm in the autumn and winter months and easy to clean.
We want our guests to be happy and to have an enjoyable stay.
