In this large POOL and activity house, we offer up to 18 people - including 2 children - and 3 calm dogs welcome :-) The house is located only 500 m from the beach, which in 2025 was again voted Denmarks best beach. Only 150 m away is a grocery store that has almost everything you need, including breakfast bread and newspapers, and you can rent bicycles for young and old. Opposite the grocery store is Restaurant Lupinen, which serves old-fashioned Danish food and is particularly known for making Denmarks national dish every Thursday: Stegt Flæsk og Persillesovs, which is a big hit. At Lupintorvet there are also large ball fields and a playground, tables and benches, so there is an opportunity for the whole family to have fun.
Our Pool and activity house contains: 8 bedrooms with quality continental beds of 160x200, 1 alcove with 2 bunks, 3 bathrooms, warm POOL (28.5-30 degrees), spa, sauna, kitchen/dining room with round tables, small sofa arrangement, large fireplace.
The pool room is made of glass, so you can see the pool from both the activity room and the kitchen/dining room and the terraces.
Both the pool room, kitchen/dining room and activity room are heated by energy-friendly heat pumps. There are also electric radiators in the rooms, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
The house has 3-layer energy glass in the windows and doors and is insulated as an all-year house.
In the house you can enjoy table tennis, table football, Pool, spa and sauna.
There are also 2 large terraces, one with sun loungers facing south and one with dining furniture and lounge furniture, large parasols facing southwest.
From the southwest, very private terrace, you have a view and access to the Petanque court, the campfire site and the trampoline.
For example, there is the possibility of playing board games or croquet on the lawn in front of this terrace.
You can rent this house Friday to Friday, Monday to Monday, Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday for large parts of the year. However, there are restrictions in connection with Holidays, Week 42 and Week 7+8.
A rental price is paid, DKK 1500.00 in cleaning and a deposit for security during the stay, from which consumption is settled, the rest returned.
Please note that it is of course NOT allowed to try to turn off or change the technology in the Pool room, the Spa is controlled by the tenant himself. Pool temperature, heat pump temperature and dehumidifier may ONLY be set and regulated by us homeowners and our pool man. It will be considered a breach of contract - exceeding this, as it can have major consequences for our newly renovated pool house. The room temperature MUST be higher than the water temperature to avoid moisture and mold problems. That is why we are extremely frank with this message :-)
