Rental price includes consumption (electricity, water) and final cleaning.
The house contains an entrance hall, kitchen in open connection with living and dining room with wood-burning stove and the most fantastic sea view.

The house has a large terrace to the west, south and east. The terrace is covered to the south.
The fantastic location means that you can sit for hours from the living room or the terrace and just let your gaze drift out over the water and follow the life in the bay and maybe observe the porpoises playing in the water.
In the summer months, you can use the private jetty, from which you can catch crabs, fish (remember a valid fishing license) or swim.
Further down the coast, however, you will find a campsite where small purchases can be made, and a fantastic swimming beach that is very child-friendly.
Take a trip in the beautiful Southern Jutland.
Enjoy the walking tour "Eat Sønderballe" It is a beautiful walk along the coast and forest.
Hopsø or Slivsø are obvious targets with rich animal and plant life.
The area around Kalvø offers a bird sanctuary and the opportunity for a bit of local shipyard history. A few kilometers away is the Pancake House with an 18-hole mini golf course and the climbing park "High Park", which offers experiences, entertainment and delicious food.
There are good daily bus connections to Haderslev and Aabenraa, both of which offer museums, shopping, cafes, restaurants and other experiences.
The rental target group is families and married couples.

Oktober 2026Wir haben Anfang September zu zweit eine Woche Urlaub in Mortens schönen kleinen Häuschen Slap A verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Auspacken, ankommen, chillen und den Blick genießen. Ob Segelboote, Schweinswale oder Seehunde, alles konnten wir von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Im Haus ist alles, was man benötigt, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Schöne Möbel auf der Terrasse ermöglichen an unterschiedlichen windgeschützten Ecken zu liegen, oder zu sitzen. Wir konnten den freundlichen und netten Vermieter Morten persönlich kennen lernen, und haben gleich wieder für nächstes Jahr Juni gebucht. Die Genner Bucht ist Glasklar und lädt zum Baden ein. Wir haben die Umgebung mit den E Bikes erkundet. Wunderschöne Natur und ruhige Umgebung. Man muss wissen, dass im September der Campingplatz schon geschlossen hat und wir hier keine kleinen Einkäufe mehr tätigen könnten. Wir haben alles in Harderslev besorgt, welches circa 10 Minuten entfernt liegt. Hier findet man sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir freuen uns schon aufs nächstes Jahr 😊
