Rental price includes consumption (electricity, water) and final cleaning.
The house contains an entrance hall, kitchen in open connection with living and dining room with wood-burning stove and the most fantastic sea view.

The house has a large terrace to the west, south and east. The terrace is covered to the south.
The fantastic location means that you can sit for hours from the living room or the terrace and just let your gaze drift out over the water and follow the life in the bay and maybe observe the porpoises playing in the water.
In the summer months, you can use the private jetty, from which you can catch crabs, fish (remember a valid fishing license) or swim.
Further down the coast, however, you will find a campsite where small purchases can be made, and a fantastic swimming beach that is very child-friendly.
Take a trip in the beautiful Southern Jutland.
Enjoy the walking tour "Eat Sønderballe" It is a beautiful walk along the coast and forest.
Hopsø or Slivsø are obvious targets with rich animal and plant life.
The area around Kalvø offers a bird sanctuary and the opportunity for a bit of local shipyard history. A few kilometers away is the Pancake House with an 18-hole mini golf course and the climbing park "High Park", which offers experiences, entertainment and delicious food.
There are good daily bus connections to Haderslev and Aabenraa, both of which offer museums, shopping, cafes, restaurants and other experiences.
The rental target group is families and married couples.

Oktober 2024Traumhafte Lage direkt am Wasser mit "eigenem" Badesteg und super Ausblick auf die Bucht, wo sich gelegentlich Schweinswale zeigen. Das Haus ist sauber und komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Selbst im Herbst haben wir die Sonnenstunden noch gerne auf der Terrasse verbracht und der Garten war groß genug für die Jungs um sich auszutoben. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alle Geschäfte die man im Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
