Terms and conditions:

The deposit is paid when booking - the deposit is refunded no later than 8 days from departure
The rent is paid no later than 30 days before arrival
Cancellation: If canceled more than 30 days before the start of the tenancy, 50% of the total rent will be charged.
If canceled less than 30 days before the start of the tenancy, 100% of the total rent is charged.

The holiday home is furnished and equipped for 8 people, and may not be occupied by more than specified.
Setting up tents and caravans is not permitted.
The tenant is responsible and liable for damages for damaged furniture and movable property. Any defects and complaints must be notified to the lessor as soon as possible.
The right of use of the holiday home may not be transferred to others.
The holiday home must be handed over in a tidy condition according to instructions on arrival
It is not allowed to bring pets,
The house is non-smoking, if, contrary to expectations, there is smoking inside, it requires an extra cleaning by a damage company at the tenants expense.
The house cannot be booked without cleaning
Bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels
